Giving Good Feedback

1. The micro-yes question
   “Do you have a few minutes to talk about this?”
2. Give a data point
   Give specific examples of something
   Don’t use blur words.
   Say exactly what they did and why it was good or bad
3. Impact statement
   Say exactly how that data point impacted you
4. Question
   “This is what I’m thinking, what are your thoughts?” Etc

Ask for feedback regularly. Don’t wait for push feedback ask for pull feedback.
